Averroes Pharma `s manufacturing facilities have been designed and built to meet all major international standards and regulations: current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), world health organization (WHO), U.S. food and drug administration (FDA) and we are licensed from Egyptian world health organization.
Averroes Pharma management system encompasses all current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) including effective quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC) as well as product design, formulation and development considerations. ISO-9001:2015, ISO-14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 criteria standard requirements are also met and certified.
The Company is committed to ensure that all its manufactured products meets with preset standards of quality, environment and safety. Quality is a collective responsibility. Excellence in products, processes and systems is to be achieved through the team efforts of trained personnel of the company.
Implementation of the quality policy is done through quality systems based on current Good Manufacturing Practices in conformity with national and international standards.
The quality Assurance coordinate the development and maintenance of the company’s quality procedures and systems. This is achieved by a combination of systematic sampling, testing, validating, monitoring and auditing of materials, facilities, systems and procedures which can influence the quality of the company’s products throughout their shelf-life.
