USES :
Dietary supplement to help maintain strong bones and muscles for men & women of all ages .
Dosage :
Two tablets daily (or one tablet twice daily), before or with meals, with a full glass of water or a cold drink.
Precautions & warning :
Do not take BONIXIR with laxatives as it may decrease absorption of calcium .
It is preferred to take BONIXIR before or after antacids by 2 hours .
Food supplements must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Seek professional advice before using if you are under medical supervision or suffer from food allergies.
Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
